We're not quite sure where Papa Joe has got o, or when he'll turn up. But we do know exactly what it is we like about him so much: his natural laugh, splendlidly infectious and positively bubbling with joie de vivre. His big heart, his stories from all over the worls, his weakness for good-looking women - these all help to make him what he is, a likeabl, aharming man who knows how to enjoy life.
Papa Joe is a globetrotter and connoisseur par excellance. On his extensive travels to all parts of the globe he's tasted the most exquisite dishes and picked up the best recipes to bring home for us. All he asks is that we prepare them with love, using the very best ingredients, ans serve them with truly heart felt joy.
Even if Papa Joe can't always be here in person, his spirit is everywhere. Looking after his customers as if they are his personal friends: that's what being a good host means to him, and we think he's absolutely right. Anyway, if Papa Joe surprises us all by dropping in some night - well, he'll always have a place reserved for him.
